添加Al2O3对丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸Mo-V-Te-Nb-O催化剂的影响

【摘要】 通过XRD、FT-IR、BET等研究了添加Al2O3对Mo1V0.31Te0.24Nb0.12On催化剂结构的影响,并对Mo1V0.31Te0.24Nb0.12On/Al2O3催化剂的丙烷选择性氧化制丙烯酸性能进行考察。结果表明,Al2O3明显改变了原催化剂的晶相结构,增强催化剂表面晶格氧活性,显著提高了催化剂比表面积,同时改善了催化剂的稳定性。在Mo1V0.31Te0.24Nb0.12On/Al2O3催化剂上,340℃时丙烯酸、乙酸收率最高,分别为8.80%、6.52%;而在Mo1V0.31Te0.24Nb0.12On催化剂上,380℃时丙烯酸、乙酸收率收率最高,分别为18.26%、1.25%。

【Abstract】 The influences of adding Al2O3 into MoV0.31Te0.24Nb0.12On catalyst on the structure of catalyst were studied by XRD,FT-IR and BET techniques and the catalytic performance of the MoV0.31Te0.24Nb0.12On/Al2O3 catalyst for selective oxidation of propane to acrylic Acid were investigated.It was found that Al2O3 changed the crystal structure of catalyst,enhanced the activity of the surface lattice oxygen,increased the specific area of catalyst and improved the stability of catalyst obviously,however,the selectivity to acrylic acid decreased and the formation of acetic acid increased remarkably.For MoV0.31Te0.24Nb0.12On /Al2O3 catalyst,the highest yields of acrylic acid and acetic acid,8.80% and 6.52%,respectively,were obtained at 340℃,and for Mo1V0.31Te0.24Nb0.12On catalyst,the best yields of acrylic acid and acetic acid,18.26% and 1.25%,respectively,were obtained at 380℃.
