Al2O3/WC-Co纳米/微米复合材料试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON NANOMETER-MICRON COMPOSITES OF AL2O3/WC-Co
【摘要】 冲击旋转钻井技术是目前解决硬地层段和软硬交错地层段钻速低、大斜度地层段井眼易斜等问题最有效的方法之一,而冲旋钻头则是其关键设备。由于钻头牙齿材料自身性能不能满足复杂情况条件的需要,钻头牙齿的磨损和断裂成为冲旋钻头失效的主要形式。依据纳米技术的最新研究成果,应用纳米粒子Al2O3的掺杂改性技术,采用烧结工艺制备了Al2O3/WC-Co纳米/微米复合材料,并对该复合材料进行了力学性能测试,完成了烧结试样、耐磨试样以及断口表面形貌的电镜组织观察、分析和耐磨性、耐冲击性能试验研究。试验结果表明,掺杂纳米粒子的Al2O3/WC-Co纳米/微米复合材料具有良好的组织结构,耐磨性能、抗冲击性能等得到了显著提高,断口呈明显的韧性断裂,研究成果为该复合材料在钻井钻头上的应用奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Percussion-rotary drilling is one of the most efficient technologies to solve low speed drilling both in hard stratum,hard-soft mixed stratum and the borehole inclination in heavy slope stratum while the percussion-rotary bit is one of important equipments in drilling.Since the material of bit teeth cannot meet the demand of complicated situation,the bit teeth is invalidated in the form of abrasion and rupture.So,according to the latest findings on nanotechnology,this study introduced the modification technology of the nano-particles Al2O3 to produce the Al2O3/WC-Co nano-micron composites with sintering process,and completed studies on the mechanical properties tests of the composites,the electronmicroscope observation of sintered specimen,abrasion specimen and fracture,and experiments on their abrasion performance and impact absorption.The results showed that the Al2O3/WC-Co nano-micron composite adulterated with nano-particles has good structure,both the abrasion performance and impact absorption are evidently improved and the fracture obviously displays ductile rupture,which lays foundation for this composite material to be widely used in drilling bits design.
