【摘要】 对接水平井是一口水平井与其他井在地下相交并连通的井组,主要用于盐矿开采、煤层地下气化开采、石油和天然气开采、煤层气开采、地热开采、管道和隧道河底穿越等领域,潜在的应用领域为天然气水合物和铀矿的开发等。用对接水平井可以提高矿藏的开采速度、提高采收率并降低成本;用对接水平井开采稠油效果会更好;对接水平井可能成为开发天然气水合物的重要手段。针对对接水平井对接精度很低的问题,提出井间导航轨道控制技术的思路,即从已钻井内接收在钻井的信息或从在钻井接收已钻井的信息,确定两井间的相对位置,引导在钻井井眼轨道与已钻井轨道精确对接的技术。主要包括:对接水平井的井眼轨道设计技术、井下雷达钻头定位技术、待钻井眼轨道设计技术、井眼轨道的预测与控制技术和井底误差分析技术;其中,井下雷达钻头定位技术是关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 The horizontal butt well is a well group that intersects with other wells and connects with other underground groups. It is often used in the exploitation of salt mineral, underground gasification of coal bed, oil and gas, coal-bed methane, terrestrial heat and the crossing of pipe lines and tunnels under river etc., and is also potential in the field of developing gas hydrate and uranium. The application of horizontal butt well can not only increase the production rate, recovery ratio and decrease the cost but also can extract heavy oil with better effects. So, it is probably becoming an important way to develop gas hydrate. In order to solve the low butt accuracy of horizontal butt well, the way of cross-well navigating path controlling technique is put forward as following: confirming the relative position between two wells by accepting the information either from a drilling well in a drilled well or from a drilled well in a drilling well to guide the track of a drilling well to joint with the track of a drilled well accurately. The main content of this technology includes as follows: well path design technology of horizontal butt well, bit position location technology by down hole radar, an undrilled well path design technology, well path prediction and controlling technology and error analysis technology of well bottom position, among the above-mentioned techniques above, bit position location technology is the key.更多还原
