红掌组培苗的生根与移栽技术研究

【摘要】 为了提高红掌组培苗的成活率,本试验以红掌无菌苗的分化芽为试材,在1/2MS培养基中添加不同浓度IBA、NAA对红掌组培苗进行生根诱导比较;生根苗经过炼苗处理后,栽植于4种不同的混合基质中,比较生根苗的生长情况。结果表明:生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L时,组培苗的生根率高,根系健康粗壮;在混合基质草炭+水苔+珍珠岩(1:2:1)中栽培的生根苗成活率高,生长状况最好,是红掌组培苗移栽的合适基质。

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the survival rate of Anthurium adndraeanum, the sterile differentiation buds of were treated by 2 different IBA and NAA concentrations to investigate the effect of roots inducement and the seedling with roots after the seedling culture stage transplanted in 4 different mixed substrates to investigate the survival rate of seedlings with roots.The results show that the root rate of the sterile differentiation buds cultured on 1/2MS medium with 0.5mg/L of NAA and 0.3mg/L of IBA is highest and its root system is health and thickset, and the survival rate of seedlings with roots transplanted in the mixed substrates with is 96%, which indicates the mixed substrates is fit for transplant of seedling with roots.
