银杏内酯C分子烙印聚合物的制备

【摘要】 以混合银杏内酯为模板分子,它们与单体AA预识别的过程中,利用其在识别性能上的差异,制备了对银杏内酯C有优先选择识别作用的分子烙印聚合物。用红外光谱表征了分子烙印聚合物,并通过紫外光谱和高效液相色谱对其选择吸附性能进行分析。结果表明,所制备的分子烙印聚合物的最大吸附量为15.5mg/g,混合银杏内酯经MIP选择性吸附后,银杏内酯C的含量提高了12.16%。

【Abstract】 The mixture of ginkgolide are used as the template molecules to prepare molecular imprinting polymer. According to the different recognition abilities with the monomer AA in the process of precognition,we synthesized the ginkgolide molecular imprinting polymer (MIP) that has priority selectivity to the component ginkgolide C.The MIP is characterized by means of IR spectrum,and its selectivity for ginkgolide C is analysed by UV and HPLC.The results indicate that the best adsorption capacity of the imprinting polymer is 15.5 mg/g and the content of ginkgolide C in the mixture of ginkgolide is increased with 12.16% after absorbing by molecular imprinting polymer.
