植物提取物、半胱胺和二甲基砜对肉鸭生产性能和屠宰性能的影响

【摘要】 采用单因子试验设计,研究了不同外源代谢调节物质对肉鸭生产性能和屠宰性能的影响。选择健康、体重相近(575±10g)的14日龄天府肉鸭96只(公母各半),随机分为4个处理(植物提取物、半胱胺、二甲基砜、对照组),每个处理4个重复,每个重复6只鸭(公母各半)。基础日粮中分别添加150mg/kg植物提取物、150mg/kg半胱胺、250mg/kg二甲基砜即为相应的试验日粮,对照组饲喂基础日粮。按常规饲养管理。42d每个重复随机屠宰公、母鸭各1只,测定试鸭屠宰性能。结果表明:植物提取物可显著降低肉鸭耗料增重比,有提高增重速度的趋势;半胱胺有提高日增重和饲料转化效率的趋势,二甲基砜有提高肉鸭试验第二和第三周日增重和饲料转化效率的趋势;植物提取物和二甲基砜均可在一定程度上改善肉鸭的屠宰性能,与对照组相比,植物提取物可显著提高瘦肉率,极显著降低腹脂率,而半胱胺无此效应。

【Abstract】 A one-factor experiment was designed to investigate the effects of plant extracts,cysteamine and methylsulfonylmethane on productive performance and slaughter characteristics in meat ducks.96 healthy 14 d Tian-Fu meat ducks weighing 575±10 g with similar consanguinity were chosen and allotted randomly to 4 treatments,4 replicates in each treatment and 6 ducks per replicate (3 males and 3 females).The basal experimental diet was corn and soya bean meal containing 2.9 Mcal ME/kg and 18% CP.Ducks were fed basal diet,basal diet+150 mg/kg plant extracts,basal diet+150 mg/kg Cysteamine,basal diet+250 mg/kg methylsulfonylmethane respectively.The results showed that:plant extracts could significantly decrease F/G,and tend to increase the weight gain rate;Cysteamine had the trend to increase ADG and feed efficiency;Methylsulfonylmethane could increase ADG and feed efficiency during the 2nd and 3rd week;to some extent,plant extracts and Methylsulfonylmethane could improve slaughter characteristics of the ducks.Compared with the control group,plant extracts could significantly increase muscle ratio and decrease abdomen fat ratio,but Cysteamine has not this effect.
