【Abstract】 By using ultraviolet and fluorescent spectrometry,we studied the relation between theobromine and pancreatic amylase.The reaction in this research was investigated.The Ki was 0.72×10-2 mol/L.According to the Stern-Volmer equations,we computed the expressing quench parameter of pancreatic amylase influenced by theobromine.We guess that the underlying mechanism belongs to static quench.更多还原
