TLC-生物自显影-MTT法检测滇重楼内生真菌中抗菌活性成分

【摘要】 本文采用TLC-生物自显影-MTT法检测了3株滇重楼内生真菌即芬芳镰刀菌、季氏毕赤氏酵母和烟曲霉正丁醇提取物对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌和稻瘟病菌的抗菌活性成分,以芬芳镰刀菌和季氏毕赤氏酵母菌液提取物中含有的抗菌活性成分为多。同时与打孔药剂扩散法的检测结果进行了比较,为进一步快速分离内生真菌中抗菌活性成分提供了依据。

【Abstract】 A TLC-bioautography-MTT assay was used to detect antimicrobial components of n-butanol extracts obtained from three endophytic fungi Fusarium redolens,Pichia guilliermondii and Aspergillus fumigatus isolated from the rhizomes of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis against two bacteria Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis,as well as two fungi Candida albicans and Magnaporthe grisea.There were more antimicrobial components detected in the filtrate extracts of F.redolens and P.guilliermondii than in others.The results of antimicrobial activity were also compared with those detected by agar well diffusion assay.It is very helpful for further separating antimicrobial components from the endophytic fungi.
