GSIFCON材料特性及对钢筋混凝土梁损伤监控试验研究

【摘要】 为了利用GSIFCON(Graphite Slurry Infiltrated Steel Fiber Concrete,石墨水泥砂浆注浆钢纤维混凝土)智能材料检测构件内部的损伤,采用32组试块试验对GSIFCON的力学性能、不同掺量的钢纤维和石墨对GSIFCON强度和电阻的影响以及破坏过程与电阻变化的相关性进行了研究。采用GSIFCON与8根钢筋混凝土梁叠合的方法,测定了构件破坏过程中GSIFCON电阻的相对变化,来观测构件内部损伤情况。试验结果表明:石墨掺量每增加1%,GSIFCON强度下降3%~5%。石墨和钢纤维的掺量存在渗滤阈值。构件受拉区和受压区GSIFCON电阻相对变化与破坏过程有明显的对应性,受拉区较为敏感。100次循环加载结果证明,电阻相对变化与构件损伤过程始终保持对应关系,通过观察GSIFCON电阻相对变化情况,可对构件内部损伤进行监控。

【Abstract】 In order to use GSIFCON(Graphite Slurry Infiltrated Steel Fiber Concrete)intelligent materials to inspect the internal damages of reinforced concrete members,the mechanical behavior,the relationship between its resistance variation and damage process and the influence of different contents of graphite and steel fiber on the GSIFCON compressive strength and resistance were studied through tests of 32 specimens.For inspecting the internal damage of reinforced concrete members,variations of GSIFCON resistance during the destructive process were measured for cyclic loading tests of 8 reinforced concrete beams laminated with GSIFCON.The test results indicated that the compressive strength of GSIFCON reduces by 3%~5% when the content of graphite increases by 1%.The contents of graphite and steel fiber had threshold percolation values.The relative variations of GSIFCON resistance in the compressive parts and especially the tensile parts had clear correspondence with the destructive process.The 100 cyclical loading tests proved that the relative variations of the resistance corresponded with the process of component damage,thus the component internal damage could be supervised by inspecting the relative variations of GSIFCON resistance.
