钢质气缸垫的密封性能分析
Sealing Performance Analysis of Metallic Cylinder Gasket
【摘要】 基于有限元技术分析钢质气缸垫受力情况,精确建立气缸垫的实体模型并施加合理的边界条件,在螺栓预紧工况计算结果与试验结果很好吻合的基础上,计算了工作工况下钢质气缸垫的密封性能,计算结果表明:在没有非金属材料密封的情况下,钢质气缸垫有渗水的可能性。该结论可以为设计人员在钢质气缸垫的设计上提供一定理论依据。
【Abstract】 The metallic cylinder gasket strength based on FEM technology is studied.The cylinder gasket model is precisely made and put on reasonable boundary conditions.On the base of computed results of bolt preload condition coincident with experiment results,sealing capacity under working condition is computed.The results show that at the sealing situation without nonmetal,metallic gasket has the possibility of water leakage.The calculation results can provide designers of metallic cylinder gasket with theoretical basis.
