磷酸丙烯酸酯共聚改性苯丙乳液的研究

【摘要】 采用预乳化工艺,半连续种子聚合法,通过磷酸丙烯酸酯(P-A)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)共聚反应制得具有高附着力的改性苯-丙乳液。结果表明,当磷酸丙烯酸酯在乳液聚合中占单体总量的5%时,乳液涂膜在铝板、镀锌板、马口铁、ABS、PVC、玻璃板等基材上的附着力从3~5级提高到0~1级,在玻璃上的硬度从H提高到2H,耐水性从12 h提高到192 h,同时对乳液的聚合稳定性、Ca2+稳定性都有一定的改善。

【Abstract】 A modified stryrene-acrylic emulsions with strong adhesion were prepared with the help of copolymerization of P-A、MMA、St、BA、AA by means of pre-emulsification technology and semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.The results showed that when the addition amount of phosphoric acrylate is 5%,the adhesion strength of film on aluminum,sheet,galvanized sheet,tin-plate,ABS,PVC,glass plate,etc.can be improved from grade 3~5 to grade 0~1,the hardness on glass from H to 2H and and water-resistance of coating from 12 h to 192 h,which also could improve polymerization stability and Ca2+ stability of emulsion.
