有机硅改性氟碳树脂的性能研究
Study on Performance of Silicone Modified Fluorocarbon Resin
【摘要】 通过物理法制备有机硅改性氟碳树脂涂料。改性涂层与普通氟碳涂层比较,吸水率下降4%,对水接触角提高31.4°,同时增强了涂层的抗粘性。通过其他常规性能测试,改性涂层与普通氟碳树脂涂层性能基本没有差别。
【Abstract】 According to the requirement of the concrete protection,the fluorocarbon coatings were modified with organic silicone resin,using the physical method to improve its hydrophobic property.The water absorption was decreased by 4%,and the contact angle of the coatings on concrete surface increased from 85.7° to 117.1°.The blocking resistance of the coatings was also improved.The other propertiesy the fluorocarbon coating is similar to the conventional fluorocarbon coatings.
