多重交联紫外光固化水性聚氨酯涂料

【摘要】 采用接枝聚合制备了紫外光固化丙烯酸酯接枝聚氨酯水性分散体,引入PETA提高了双键含量,最大双键含量达到4.80 MEQ/g,采用1,4-丁二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、环氧树脂、水性涂料固化剂和紫外光固化实现漆膜的多重交联,提高了分散体的相对分子质量和固化漆膜的交联程度以及耐水性、耐溶剂性和硬度。

【Abstract】 A new kind of multiple crosslinking UV curable waterborne polyurethane dispersion grafted with acrylate was prepared.Introduction of PETA can increase the numbers of double bond and the maximum CC content is 4.5meq/g.In addition,trimethylolpropane,1,4-butylene glycol,epoxy resin,waterborne coating crosslinking additives and UV to realize the muitlple crosslinking mechanism.Therefore the film had higher crosslinked content and the film properties,such as molecular weight,water resistance,solvent resistance and hardness are enhanced.
