水性环氧树脂的制备与性能研究
Study on Properties and Preparation of Waterborne Epoxy Resin Emulsion
【摘要】 采用中等相对分子质量环氧树脂与聚醚反应,合成了非离子环氧树脂乳化剂,再结合相反转技术,制备水性环氧树脂乳液。讨论了乳化剂的用量对乳液粒径和稳定性的影响;研究了乳化剂、环氧固化剂用量与涂膜吸水率、凝胶含量、机械性能之间的关系。
【Abstract】 Nonionic waterborne epoxy emulsifier was prepared by reaction between polyether and epoxy resin with medium molecular weight,which is used to prepare the epoxy resin E-20 emulsion by phase inversion technique.The effect of amount of the emulsifier on the particle size and stability of epoxy resin emulsions were studied.The relationship between amount of the emulsifier,AB-HGF epoxy curing agent and water absorption,gel content and mechanical performance of the film were studied also.
