【摘要】 [目的]观察养血清脑颗粒对恢复期脑梗死的治疗作用。[方法]选择恢复期脑梗死患者共72例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。治疗组口服养血清脑颗粒,对照组口服尼莫地平片,共服用12周。分别于治疗前后进行卒中量表(NHISS)评分,简易智能量表(MMSE)评分以及Barthel指数(BI)评定。所得结果应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学处理。[结果]两组患者的性别、年龄、病程及治疗前病情程度(NHISS,BI以及MMSE评分)间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);每组治疗前后的NHISS评分,BI评分和MMSE评分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后两组的NHISS评分,BI评分和MMSE评分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后的NHISS评分差,BI评分差和MMSE评分差间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]养血清脑颗粒可以有效治疗恢复期脑梗死。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granules on patients in convalescent phase of cerebral infarction. [Methods] Seventy two patients in convalescent phase of cerebral infarction were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group composed of 36 patients. The patients of treatment group were administrated with Yangxue Qingnao Granules and those of control group with nimodipine tablets. The course of administration was 12 weeks. NHISS scale, MMSE scale and Barthel index were assessed before and after treatment respectively. The outcomes were statistically treated with software SPSS 13.0. [Results] There was no significant difference between two groups in sex, age, course or severity of disease (P>0.05). Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in NHISS scale, Barthel Index and MMSE scale in each group (P<0.05). Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in NHISS scale, Barthel Index and MMSE scale between two groups (P>0.05). Before and after treatment, there were significant differences in variances of NHISS scale, Barthel Index and MMSE scale between two groups (P<0.05). [Conclusions] Yangxue Qingnao Granules may effectively treat patients in convalescent phase of cerebral infarction effectively.更多还原
