快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪测定血糖的Meta分析
Study on the Meta-analysis of Blood Glucose by Glucose Monitor and Autoanalyzer
【摘要】 目的:评价快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪测定血糖的差异性。方法:计算机检索中国知网数据库和维普数据库,检索年限为1995—2006年。纳入比较快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪血糖测定结果的15个非随机对照研究(CCT),共2669例患者,所纳入研究的质量均较低。应用RevMan4.2.10软件行Meta分析。结果:ONE-TOUCHⅡ型快速血糖仪所测血糖值低于全自动生化分析仪[WMD=-1.36,95%CI(-1.92,-0.80)],罗氏及强生快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪所测血糖值差别均无统计学意义[WMD=0.42,95%CI(-0.20,1.04)、WMD=0.12,95%CI(-0.31,0.54)]。结论:根据目前证据,可认为罗氏及强生快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪测定结果相近,而ONE-TOUCHⅡ型快速血糖仪血糖测定值低于全自动生化分析仪。
【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the differences between glucose monitor and autoanalyzer. Methods: The electronic databases including CNKI(1995 to 2006)and VIP(1995 to 2006) were searched. Fifteen quasi-CCTs involving 2 669 participants were included. Meta-analysis was measured by RevMan 4.2.10. Results: The glucose of one touch ultra glucose monitor was lower than that of autoanalyzer(WMD-1.36,95%CI-1.92 to -0.80). There was no significant difference between other glucose monitors(ROCHE and JOHNSON) and autoanalyzer(WMD 0.42,95%CI-0.20,1.04;WMD 0.12,95%CI-0.31,0.54). Conclusion: There are no significant difference in blood glucose results between glucose monitor and autoanalyzer except one touch Ⅱ ultra glucose monitor. More high-quality trials are required.
