玉竹总提取物及不同分离部位对糖尿病大鼠血糖及肾功能影响的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON EFFECTS OF GENERAL POLYGONATI ODORATI EXTRACT AND ITS DIFFERENT SEPARATING REGIONS ON BLOOD SUGAR AND RENAL FUNCTION OF DIABETIC RATS
【摘要】 目的:观察玉竹总提取物及三氯甲烷、正丁醇分离部位的降血糖作用和对肾脏的保护作用。方法:Wistar大鼠一次性腹腔注射STZ造成高血糖模型,同时灌胃给予玉竹总提取物及三氯甲烷、正丁醇分离部位,观察给药后不同时间血糖水平;给药后80天观察血肌酐、尿素、糖化血清蛋白、糖化血红蛋白,尿白蛋白排泄率,肾小球体积及肾脏病变程度。结果:玉竹总提取物、玉竹三氯甲烷分离部位、玉竹正丁醇分离部位给药前期均有明显的降血糖作用,后期作用不明显;连续给药80天,玉竹总提取物及三氯甲烷分离部位可使血清肌酐、尿素、尿白蛋白排泄率明显降低,肾脏病变程度明显减轻;玉竹三氯甲烷分离部位同时可使血糖化血红蛋白含量明显降低;玉竹正丁醇分离部位对尿白蛋白排泄率有降低作用,对肾脏病变作用不明显。结论:玉竹总提取物及其三氯甲烷和正丁醇分离部位均有明显的降血糖作用,其中三氯甲烷分离部位维持时间更长;玉竹总提取物及其三氯甲烷分离部位对肾脏病变有明显保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the lowering blood sugar and protecting kidney effects of general polygonati odorati extract and its different separating regions(trichoromethane,n-butyl and alcohol) on diabetic rats.Methods:Model was made by ip STZ one times,meanwhile ig general polygonati odorati extract and its different separating regions respectively.Blood sugar was tested at different periods,blood Cre,urea,GSP,GHb,urinary albumin excretion rate,glomerulus volume and renal lesions severity were observed after taking medicine 80 days.Results:General polygonati odorati extract and its different separating regions(trichloromethane,n-butyl and alcohol) could obviuosly lower blood sugar at early stage,the effect was not obviuos at late stage,polygonati odorati extract and its different separating regions could lower serum Cre,urea and urinary albumin excretion rate,significantly abate renal lesions severity.Trichoromethane extract could lower GSP obviously,n-butyl and alcohol extracts could lower urinary albumin excretion,there was no obvious effect on renal lesions.Conclusion:General polygonati odorati extract and its different separating regions can significantly lower blood sugar,the active time of trichloromethane extract was the longest,general polygonati odorati extract and trichloromethane extract can protect renal lesions.
