【摘要】 目的:观察和胃口服液对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠胃黏膜萎缩及细胞凋亡的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,正常组、CAG模型对照组、胃复春对照组、和胃口服液治疗组。以40%酒精加60℃热糊灌胃进行造模。观察各组大鼠精神状态、活动情况、毛发光泽度、食欲及大小便等情况。20周后处死大鼠,大体观察胃黏膜萎缩情况及病理组织切片观察,并以TDT介导的末端平移标记法(TUNEL)检测胃黏膜萎缩情况。结果:CAG模型对照组大鼠胃黏膜表现以中～重度的萎缩为主,部分有不同程度的不典型增生,经和胃口服液干预治疗后,大鼠胃黏膜萎缩程度明显减轻;同时,CAG模型对照组大鼠胃黏膜细胞凋亡指数(AJ)明显高于正常对照组,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),和胃口服液治疗组凋亡细胞数与模型对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:和胃口服液能有效逆转CAG大鼠胃黏膜腺体萎缩,阻断CAG的发展;能调控CAG大鼠的黏膜细胞凋亡,对萎缩性胃炎有较好的干预治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of hewei oral liquor on atrophy and apoptosis of gastric mucosa cells in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods:Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal,model,weifuchun positive control and hewei liquor groups.Rats were Ig 40% alcohol and thermal paste at 60℃to build models,each group was given the corresponding medicine,normal and model groups were given the distilled water.Rats’ general condition was observed,the atrophy of gastric mucosa and pathologic changes were observed by light scope,the apoptosis of cells was determined by TUNEL. Results:CAG model rats displayed moderate-severe gastric mucosal atrophy,some had various degrees atypical hyperplasia.The gastric mucosa atrophy was reduced obviously by heiwei oral liquor intervention,meanwhile,the apoptosis index(AI) of gastric mucosa cell in the model was higher than that in normal,the amount of apoptosis cells in hewei oral liquor was between those of the model and normal groups, there was significant difference between hewei oral liquor group and model group. Conclusion:Hewei oral liquor can reverse gastric mucosa atrophy and block the developing of CAG effectively,moreover,it can control the rats’ gastric mucosa cell apoptosis.Hewei oral liquor has preferable therapeutic effect on atrophic gastritis.更多还原
