【摘要】 目的:研究蚁王风湿灵胶囊的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法:采用药理实验方法对本品的镇痛、抗炎作用进行观察。镇痛实验采用热板法和醋酸扭体法;抗炎实验采用小鼠耳廓肿胀模型、大鼠足肿胀模型、大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型,以及对小鼠和大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性影响的观察。结果:蚁王风湿灵胶囊与空白对照组对照存在显著性差异。结论:蚁王风湿灵胶囊有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of the Yiwangfengshiling capsule.Methods: The analgesia effect of Yiwangfengshiling capsule was observed by hot-plate procedure and torsion body method.The anti-inflammatory effects were observed on the pinna swelling model mice,the voix pedis swelling model rats,the cotton ball granuloma model rats.The permeation capability of capillary vessel on the cutis was determined.Results: The effect of Yiwangfengshiling capsule had obvious difference contrasted to the blank group.Conclusion: Yiwangfengshiling capsule has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.更多还原
