【摘要】 通过对注水开发油田井的套管服役工况的分析,得出了该工况对套管的各项性能要求,据此设计了套管的各项性能指标和制造工艺。所开发的套管的实物质量全面检验和评价结果表明,套管的各项性能完全达到设计要求。经油田的实际使用结果表明,使用该套管可以较好地解决注水开发油田套管损坏率较高的难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the working condition of the oil casing for waterflooding oil field,the author obtains the requirement on oil casing properties in such condition and designs its property indices and manufacturing process. The overall quality inspection and evaluation results for the produced oil casing indicate that all the indices meet the design requirement; the application in oil field shows that the problem of big damage rate for the oil casing of waterflooding oil field can well be solved.更多还原
