150t电炉连铸圆管坯流程技术改造超达产的实践
Practice of Reaching and Exceeding Production Capacity after Technical Modification in 150t EAF CCM
【摘要】 对天津钢管集团股份有限公司的国内第一台150t超高功率电炉及相关设备进行了诸如增加电炉供能能力和负压脉冲式布袋除尘系统、增加结晶器长度和电磁搅拌装置、实施电炉热装铁水工艺、增加钢包炉上部房顶除尘系统、进行连铸"四流改六流"改造、增加变压器容量并对温度补偿器进行改造等多项技术改造。改造后电炉冶炼周期明显缩短,冶炼电耗下降,铸坯年生产量由90万t增加到130万t,铁水热装比例增加,钢中有害元素含量明显降低,洁净度提高,生产成本大幅降低,产品质量稳步提高,生产能力较原设计提高3-4倍,而且大幅度增加了品种规格,彻底解决了除尘问题,真正做到了清洁生产,经济效益水平逐年提高。
【Abstract】 A series of modification were made on TPCO EAF,the first 150 t UHP EAF in China,and its relevant equipment such as increasing EAF energy supply capacity,installing negative pressure pulse type bag dedusting system,prolonging the mould length,mounting EMS,adopting EAF molten iron hot charging process,adding dedusting system at the roof of ladle furnace,modifying the caster from four strands to six strands,increasing the transformer capacity and modifying temperature compensator. After various improvements,EAF tap-to-tap time is shortened prominently; smelting power consumption is reduced; the billet annual production grows from 900,000 t to 1,300,000 t; molten iron hot charging rate rises; the detrimental element content in steel lowers; steel cleanliness is improved; production cost drops remarkably; production quality steadily lifts; production capacity increases by 3 to 4 times compared with the original one; the product grade and specification vary in great quantity. The dedusting problem is thoroughly solved as well,and clean production is accomplished. The economic benefit level rises year after year.
