【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定注射用葛根素(布瑞宁)中葛根素含量的方法。方法:以30%乙醇溶液超声溶解,以HPLC外标法测定葛根素的含量,固定相为KromasilC18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(25∶75),UV检测波长为250 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为室温。结果:葛根素在9.66~96.60μg/ml浓度范围内浓度与吸收值成良好线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为100.33%,RSD为1.15%。结论:该法简便,结果可靠,可作为布瑞宁中葛根素含量的测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of puerarin injection,and assess the concentration of puerarin injection.METHODS Used 30% alcohol to dissolve puerarin by ultrasonic wave,and puerarin was separated on Kromasil C18 reversed-phase analysis column.The mobile phase was composed of methanol: wate(25∶75,V/V).The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 ml/min at room temperature;Detection wavelength was UV 250 nm.RESULTS There was a good linearity from 9.66 μg/ml to 96.60 μg/ml(r=0.999 9) in separation of puerarin.The average recovery for puerarin injection was 100.33%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.15%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,fast.Furthermore,the results are reliable.更多还原
