α-硫辛酸对大强度耐力运动大鼠不同组织NO含量、NOS活性的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨补充α-硫辛酸对大强度耐力运动大鼠不同组织中一氧化氮含量、一氧化氮合酶活性的影响。方法:采用大强度耐力运动训练,通过补充α-硫辛酸对比实验,观察大强度耐力运动后大鼠不同组织中一氧化氮含量、一氧化氮合酶活性含量的变化。结果:运动服药组肝脏组织中一氧化氮含量低于运动组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。运动服药组心肌组织中总一氧化氮合酶活性低于运动组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);运动服药组肝脏组织中总一氧化氮合酶活性明显低于运动组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:补充α-硫辛酸可以改变大鼠体内心肌组织和肝脏组织中一氧化氮含量,改善运动大鼠心脏和肝脏中血管收缩状态,使血管舒张,血供增加。

【Abstract】 To observe and analyze the effects of α-lipoic acid on different tissue NO,NOS in intensive endurance training rats.Methods: Adopted intensive endurance training,compared with the experiment through supplementing the α-lipoic acid,observed the changes of NO,NOS content in rats’ different tissue after intensive endurance training.Results: Exercise took medicine liver NO content lower than exercise group in different tissues,there was significance difference(p< 0.05).Exercise took medicine group cardiac muscle total NOS enzyme activation lower than exercise group,had significance difference in tissues(p< 0.05);Exercise took medicine group liver total NOS enzyme activation lower than exercise group obviously in tissue,there wasn’t significance difference(p> 0.05).Conclusion: α-lipoic acid can change exercise rats body heart skin tissues and liver oxidize content of nitrogen(NO) in tissues,improve exercise rats heart and liver blood vessel shrink state,make vasodilation,the blood support increased.
