不同扩链剂对聚脲黏度和聚合状态的影响
Effects of different chain extenders on polyurea viscosity and polymer state
【摘要】 以4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和间苯二胺为预聚单体,N,N-二甲级甲酰胺为溶剂,选用不同的扩链剂,采用两步法合成了一系列芳香/脂肪族共聚脲.采用红外光谱(FTIR)对其结构特征进行了表征,探索了预聚稳定性条件,分析了各原料用量和不同种类扩链剂对聚合状态和聚脲黏度的影响,得出扩链剂种类用量对聚脲固聚趋势的影响关系.
【Abstract】 A series of aromatic/aliphatic copolyureas are synthesized using 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate,m-diphenylamine,hexamethlene diamine and different chain extenders by two steps.The structures and properties of the copolyurea are characterized by FTIR.The results of FTIR analysis indicate that the synthesized copolyureas have the expected chemistry structure.Prepolymer steady conditions are studied so as to be sure to make reactions normal during extending processes.The effects of different reagents on polymer state and viscosity are analyzed.
