【Abstract】 The plasmids extracted from blue colonies in blue/white colonies after cloning are used to construct T vector,then the differentially displayed fragment of wheat is cloned into this T vector.Result shows that the cloning efficiency of this self-made T vector reach more than 90%.Moreover,this T vector is also practical for its convenience and low spending.更多还原
