Sr18菌杀线虫代谢产物30L罐发酵放大条件的优化

【摘要】 在原有摇瓶及5 L罐发酵的基础上,对线虫生防菌株Sr18杀线虫代谢产物30 L罐发酵放大的工艺条件进行了优化,确定了30 L罐发酵的工艺参数为:一级种子静置培养24 h,接种体积分数为4%,通气量1∶0.35~1.0,溶氧量20%~30%,发酵周期48 h左右.在优化的发酵工艺条件下,经30 L罐发酵放大培养所得发酵滤液1/2浓度的杀线率可达95%.

【Abstract】 The fermentation optimization of Sr18(Syncephalastrum racemosum) nematicidal metabolites was carried out in the scale of 30 L fermenter according to the optimal culture conditions in the shake flask and 5 L fermenter.The optimum fermentation conditions for Sr18 in the scale of 30 L fermenter was determined as follows: the seeds were cultured in the stationary condition for 24 h,inoculum volume fraction was 4%,ventilation was 1∶0.35—1.0 and dissolved oxygen(DO) was controlled among 20%—30%,fermentation period was about 48 h.The nematicidal mortality of one time diluted solution reached 95% with above conditions.
