涂装空调系统全热回收技术可行性分析

【摘要】 文章主要介绍了汽车涂装空调全新风系统的送排风特点及其能量损失,阐述了常规空调系统热回收技术及其应用现状,着重分析在喷漆系统排风中采用溶液型全热回收技术的可行性,并根据对某汽车厂的实际送排风现状,通过较为详细的数据对比,总结出溶液热回收技术的经济效益,为下一步设备应用打下坚实的理论基础。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the features of air-exhaust and air-supply as well as its energy loss of auto coating conditioner system and expounds the heat recovery technology of common conditioner system. This paper highlights the feasibility of liquid heat recovery technology in air-exhaust of spray-paint system. According to the real situation of air-exhaust and air-supply of some auto factory and based on the comparisons of detailed data, this paper summarizes the economic benefits of liquid heat recovery which paves a solid road for equipment application theoretically.
