应用TRIZ理论构建机械创新设计课程
Construction of machinery innovation design curriculum system by using TRIZ theory
【摘要】 针对当前高等院校开设的机械设计课程主要涉及产品详细设计阶段的内容与方法,对产品创新实现规律涉及甚少,不利于学生创造力和创新思维培养的问题,提出将发明问题解决理论——TRIZ引入到机械设计课程体系中,构建了面向机械产品生命周期全过程,特别是概念设计阶段的机械创新设计课程,以提高学生的创新设计能力。
【Abstract】 At present because the mechanical courses offered in universities mainly involve the content and method of the stage for detailed design of productsl,ess technological innovation realization rule is mentioned,which is not favorable to the development of the students’ creativity and innovative thinking.The introduction of solution theory for the mechanical design curriculum system,TRIZt,o mechanical design courses has estab-lished the whole process of circle for mechanical productsi,n particular the mechanical innovative course de-sign on the stage of conceptual designt,hus increasing student’s ability of the mechanical innovation design.
