【摘要】 目的观察热休克蛋白HSP27和HSP70在老年性白内障和透明晶状体中的表达情况。方法WesternBlot法测定HSP27和HSP70在老年性白内障和透明晶状体中的表达情况。结果老年性白内障的晶状体和透明晶状体中均有HSP27和HSP70的表达。经t检验,老年性白内障晶状体中HSP27(1.08±0.33)的表达与正常对照组(0.61±0.13)相比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),老年性白内障晶状体中HSP70(1.41±0.48)的表达与正常对照组(0.67±0.12)相比,差异亦存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性白内障晶状体中HSP27和HSP70的表达高于透明晶状体。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of heat shock protein 27(HSP27) and heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in human age-related cataract lens and normal lens.Methods The expression of HSP27 and HSP70 in human age-related cataract lens and normal lens were measured by Western Blot.Results Both HSP27 and HSP70 were founded in human age-related cataract lens and normal lens.The expression of HSP27(1.08±0.33) in age-related cataract lens were higher than those in normal lens(0.61±0.13,P<0.05).The expression of HSP70(1.41±0.48) in age-related cataract lens were higher than those in normal lens(0.67±0.12,P<0.05).Conclusion Expression of HSP27 and HSP70 in age-related cataract lens are higher than those in normal lens.更多还原
