【摘要】 在国家高职示范校建设中,工学交替已成为加强学生应用能力培养的重要模式。但与此同时,很多学生实习实训管理问题也凸显出来。天津职业大学酒店管理专业以学生实习实训管理问题为例,提出职业岗位需求的动态性、市场准入的不规范性、学生面对需求的不适应性以及校企沟通的不通畅性等方面的问题,并对进一步改进学生实习实训管理,提出了柔性教学管理,健全实训管理制度以及转变学生实习观念等三项具体措施。更多还原
