固含量对PVDF-g-PNIPAAm温敏膜性能和结构的影响
Effects of concentration on properties and structures of temperature-sensitive PVDF-g-PNIPAAm membrane
【摘要】 选用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)的共聚物PVDF-g-PNIPAAm作为成膜材料,采用相转化法制备了温度敏感PVDF-g-PNIPAAm平板膜.研究了平板膜的温度敏感特性,探讨了在成膜过程中,固含量对膜性能和结构的影响.研究发现,PVDF-g-PNIPAAm温敏膜其通量较PVDF出现较大幅度提高,随温度的升高通量变化不大,但温度在27~32℃时,膜通量出现急剧降低,对牛血清蛋白的截留率逐渐增加,表现出明显的温度敏感特性,随固含量的增加,PVDF-g-PNIPAAm平板膜孔径逐渐减小.
【Abstract】 Temperature-sensitive PVDF-g-PNIPAAm membrane was prepared with the materials of the copolymer of PVDF and NIPAAm by the method of phase-inversion.The temperature-sensitivity of the membrane was studied,and the effects of the concentration of the copolymer on the properties and structures were researched.The results showed that the flux of pure water and the rejection of BSA of the PVDF-g-PNIPAAm membrane showed a typical temperature-sensitivity.Compared with PVDF membrane,the flux of pure water decreased at 27-32 ℃,and the rejection of BSA increased.The study of the structures of the PVDF-g-PNIPAAm membrane indicated that the size of the pores of the flat membrane decreased with the increasing of the concentration of the copolymer PVDF-g-PNIPAAm.
