海藻酸铁微球作为光催化剂的偶氮染料降解反应动力学研究
Degradation kinetics of azo dyes in presence of ferric alginate gel beads as photocatalysts
【摘要】 使用海藻酸钠与氯化铁制备海藻酸铁微球,然后在H2O2的存在下将其作为非均相光催化剂应用于3种偶氮染料的氧化降解反应,考察在不同反应条件下的动力学模型,研究微球数量、光辐射强度和偶氮染料浓度等对染料降解反应速率常数的影响.结果表明,在使用海藻酸铁凝胶微球作为非均相Fenton催化剂时,偶氮染料的氧化降解反应可以使用假一级反应动力学模型进行描述;海藻酸铁微球数量的增加和光辐射强度的增大都可以显著提高偶氮染料降解反应速率常数,偶氮染料浓度的升高导致其降解反应速率常数的下降.
【Abstract】 Ferric alginate gel beads are first prepared with ferric chloride and sodium alginate,and then used as the heterogeneous photocatalysts for the oxidative degradation of three azo dyes in the presence of H2O2.Kinetic model of degradation of azo dyes is investigated under different conditions and some factors effecting degradation kinetics of azo dyes such as dosage of gel beads,irradiation intensity,and dye concentration are also examined.The results indicate that the degradation of azo dyes is described by using pseudo-first-order reaction kinetic model.Moreover,increasing the dosage of gel beads and enhancing irradiation led to high reaction rate constant and increasing dye concentration caused low reaction rate constant.
