干船坞气控式卧倒门的起卧动力特性
Dynamical Characteristics of Pneumatic Flap Gates for Dry Dock
【摘要】 气控式卧倒门的卧倒与起浮是通过调控空气操作舱的进出气流量实现的,先前的研究者们所关注的主要是其静力学特性.影响其起卧性能的主要动力要素有波浪与水流的作用、潮位变化的影响、潮汐舱出水孔与出气孔孔径大小和空气操作舱水气相互作用等.本文针对后两项主因,通过编制软件,用数值模型方法描述卧倒门的起卧曲线.结果表明,无论是卧倒还是起浮,卧倒门的运行时间都随着水位的上升而缩短;对于同一水位,随着调节水舱的浮舱变大,卧倒越来越慢,起浮得越来越快.
【Abstract】 The submerging and floating of pneumatic flap gates are controlled by the gas flow quantity of the functional cabin.Their static characteristics have been investigated much.The main dynamic factors,which affect the floating and sub-merging of flap gatesi,nclude the wave-current interactiont,he change of tidet,he effluent and inlet′s aperture size of tide-cabin,and the water-air interaction in functional cabin,etc.Considering the effects of the latter two factorst,he curves of floating and submerging was simulated by the numerical method.The results show that in the process of either floating or submergingt,he operating time always decreases with the increasing of the water-depth.Meanwhile,at the same water-depths,ubmerging becomes slower while floating becomes faster with adjusting cabin bigger.
