【摘要】 英国开放大学十分重视教学支持服务工作,他们在教学支持服务的组织机构设置、选聘教师、开展教师培训和强化教师管理等方面的许多做法都很有特色,富有成效,同时,也给我国电大进行开放教育实践以新的启示:必须建设一支高素质和训练有素的教师队伍;必须健全教师的选聘和培训制度;必须完善教师的服务管理机制;必须始终把教学和教师的需要摆在学校工作的重要位置。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Open University of UK attaches great importance to teaching support service.Their practice has its own distinctive characteristics,and has achieved remarkable success in such aspects as the setting of the organizational structure of the teaching support service,the recruitment of teachers,the launching of the teacher training activities,and the strengthening of the management of the teachers.Meanwhile,it gives new enlightment to the RTVUs in China in the practice of open education that a highly qualified and well-trained contingent of teachers must be developed;the teacher recruitment and training system must be improved;the system of teacher service management must be perfected;t he requirement of the teachers and the teaching must be paid great attention to in the daily work in school all the time.更多还原
