【摘要】 网络教学已是世界各国高等教育的主要潮流,大部分大学实施网络教学,都是采用"由下而上"或"由上而下"的导入模式;但许多大学引用这两种模式进行网络教学的导入时,却都遭遇到效率不高或教师抗拒的困难,其实施过程并不顺利。若采取能折衷两者的"由后往前"的导入模式,由行政主管分析学校处境,提出网络教学发展的中程愿景,再鼓励少数教师先行试验,有成效后再推广到其它教师;在三至五年内达成初步愿景后,学校行政主管再提出下一阶段愿景,配合科技发展与教育环境的变化,逐步实现优质网络教学的理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network teaching has been popular in higher education of all countries in the word.Most of universities took"down- to-up"or"up-to-down"introduction models,but many of them met the difficulties of low efficiency and the refusal from the teachers.A compromised"back-to-front"introduction model has been suggested in which the administrative authorities analyze the situation,propose the plan for the network development,encourage some of teachers to do the experiment and then extend the experiment if successful.The administrative authorities will wait for three or five years until it takes shape and then suggest the next plan for the further according to technological and educational development.更多还原
