【Abstract】 It made a study of the influencing factors of influencing university PE teacher’s teaching result and ability through questionnaire.It has been thought that the different education,length of teaching,sex characteristic and the teacher’s performance and diligent intensity have a prominent influence on the teacher’s teaching efficiency sense;Among school environmental factor,the influence and development offered to the work of school side have influence greatly;The develop condition,atmosphere of the school,interpersonal relationships and school material environment is an important influence factor of efficiency sense of overall teaching to the university’s PE teacher’s personal teaching efficiency sense.更多还原
