【摘要】 目前,各大城市地铁运营亏损比较普遍,各地政府在城市地铁建设投融资方面财政压力较大,如何实现地铁盈利成为各方共同关注的问题。研究认为,城市地铁资源的开发可以弥补地铁运营亏损,同时可以拓宽地铁建设资金的融资渠道。此文从产业链的角度分析城市地铁资源开发,从城市地铁房地产资源、地下商业资源、地铁广告资源和其他资源4个方面论述城市地铁资源的开发策略,以期为城市地铁资源开发工作提供参考。更多还原
