【摘要】 研究了不同热处理工艺对新型热作模具钢4Cr5Mo2V钢的组织和性能的影响,并与H13钢作了对比。结果表明:经1030℃淬火,4Cr5Mo2V钢硬度可达到57.7 HRC,晶粒度达到9级;经1030℃淬火,600℃回火两次后该钢保持与H13钢硬度相同的情况下具有更好的冲击韧性。

【Abstract】 The influence of the different heat treatment processes on the microstructures and properties of the new type of hot- working die steel 4CrSMo2V was studied,and the comparison with H13 steel was also made.The results showed that after quenching at 1030℃,the hardness of steel 4Cr5Mo2V can reach 57.7HRC,the grain size is as fine as No.9;quenched at 1030℃and then tempered twice at 600℃,the steel mentioned above developed better impact toughness than that of steel H13,while having the same hardness level as that of the latter.
