【摘要】 报道了维生素PP分子的常规拉曼光谱(NRS)及该分子在活性衬底银胶上的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS),并对它的拉曼特征峰进行了初步的指认和归属。维生素PP的常规拉曼光谱和SERS谱的对比表明,该分子吸附在银表面时,它的C=O键与银粒子发生电荷转移,碳氧双键打开形成C—O单键。通过分析可以推断维生素PP通过羰基和氨基垂直或斜立吸附在银表面上。

【Abstract】 The normal Raman spectrum(NRS) and the surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) spectrum of vitamin PP(VPP) in silver sol as well as the assignments of their characteristic Raman bands were presented.By comparing the spectra of NRS and SERS,it was found that most of the characteristic bands of NRS in terms of intensity and location changed significantly.For example,a characteristic band of NRS at 1 677 cm-1,assigned as the carbonyl group C=O,disappeared,but a new band at 1 292 cm-1,assigned as the C—O group,turned up in the SERS spectrum.This can be attributed to the charge transfer reaction occurred between the C‖O group of VPP molecule and the silver sol on the surface.The results also showed that the pyridine ring was far from the silver surface and the amino and the carbonyl groups were close to it,indicating that the VPP molecule adsorbed perpendicularly or obliquely onto the silver sol surface via the C—O and amino groups.
