长萼小连翘醇提物中黄酮类与金丝桃素类成分的HPLC/DAD-MS联用分析
Identification of the Constituents in Hydro-alcoholic Extract of Hypericum erectum subsp. longisepalum by HPLC/DAD-MS
【摘要】 利用HPLC/DAD-ESI(-)MS联用技术对植物长萼小连翘(Hypericum erectum subsp. longisepalum L. H. Wu et D. P. Yang)中主要化学成分进行了分离分析,初步鉴定出金丝桃素、伪金丝桃素、原伪金丝桃素、绿原酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮素等12种黄酮类、酚酸类和金丝桃素类等化学成分。
【Abstract】 Hypericum erectum subsp.longisepalum L.H.Wu et D.P.Yang is a new subspecies of Hypericum(Clusiaceae)discovered in China in 2004.The qualitative analysis of the chemical constituents in the hydro-alcoholic extract of Hypericum erectum subsp.longisepalum was performed using HPLC/DAD-ESI(-) MS analysis.12 main constituents,including hypericin,pseudohypericin,protopseudohypericin,chlorogenic acid,rutin,hyperoside,quercetin and some other flavonoids,were identified or tentatively identified.
