随机需求下二级分销网络的整合优化研究
Study on the Integrated Optimization of Bi-level Distribution Network under Stochastic Demand
【摘要】 综合考虑供应链分销网络的设施成本、运输成本、库存成本等要素,以分销中心服务水平为约束条件,提出随机需求下一个供应商、多个分销中心、多个分销点的二级分销网络的整合优化模型。采用遗传算法,建立了一个精简有效的编码方法快速求解模型。数值模拟的结果验证了在随机需求下二级分销网络优化模型的正确性和算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 With a comprehensive consideration of facility cost,transportation cost and inventory cost of the distribution network in the supply chain,under the restriction of service levels at the distribution centers,the paper proposes an integrated optimization programming model of bi-level distribution network with one supplier,multi distribution centers and multi retailers under stochastic demand. The paper also puts forward a simple and efficient coding method with rapid solution by using genetic algorithm. The simulation validates the correctness of the optimization model and the validity of the algorithm.
