【Abstract】 Using the GPS technology could realizeand the rReal-tTime mMonitoring of the rReference wagon, it can show the real-time running status of reference wagon graphically, record the running route andmake a scientific and effective management for the Managers; improve the transportation safety of the reference wagon transportation. And the technology could also help managers make better yearly calibration plan and distribute the reference wagons among difference stations scientifically. Displaying the transportation status of the Reference wagon and registering the Moving Trace of the Reference wagon, it can help the manger to make the examination plan better and distribute the Reference wagon to the Branch better.
