机车电线路智能检测仪的设计
Design of the Locomotive Electric Circuit Intelligent Detector
【摘要】 在目前我国机车故障检测设备比较少的情况下,结合自动检测技术在机车检测领域中实际应用情况,研制了适合大多数机车型号的电线路智能检测仪。该检测仪采用压降法原理完成对微欧级电阻的测量,电路结构采用4线制测量方法,从理论上消除了任何连接导线所引入的误差。在误差处理上,采用自动校准技术,消除系统的偏移误差,使仪器的最小分辨率达到1μΩ,检测误差低于±0.5%。
【Abstract】 At present,the locomotive detecting equipment is devoid.Consociate locomotive model and application condition of auto detection technique on the locomotive detection field,and develop the locomotive electric circuit intelligent detector which is suited for most locomotives.The detector adopts pressure drop principium to measure micro-ohm.Electric circuit structure adopting four-circuit measuring method eliminates connection evocative error.In respect of error treatment,adopts auto calibration technique,buck excursion error of system.Ultimately the detector least resolving power reaches 1 μΩ,error less than ±0.5%.
