【摘要】 目的建立蒺参胶囊中人参皂苷Re的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果人参皂苷Re在1.65～6.05μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为95.98%,RSD为1.35%(n=5)。结论方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于蒺参胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The test was to establish a method to measme the content of hesperidin in Jishen Capsule.Methods The was used to determinate its content.Results The linearity was obtained over the range of 1.65～6.05μg(r=0.9997),the average re- covery was 95.98% RSD=1.35(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,acurate and suit able for quality control of the preparation of the measmenent.更多还原
