黄花蒿叶片氮磷钾吸收动态及影响因素研究

【摘要】 目的掌握黄花蒿叶片氮磷钾吸收规律。方法全N测定用靛酚蓝比色法,全P采用钒钼黄比色法,全K采用原子吸收分光光度法。结果黄花蒿叶片氮磷钾含量随生育进程呈下降趋势,全生育期氮磷钾含量比为3.5~5.2∶1:3.1~4.6。种源、施肥和种植地点均影响其氮磷钾含量。结论黄花蒿在生长前期需肥量大,施肥以N12P3K12最适宜叶片对养分的吸收。

【Abstract】 Objective To learn absorption rule of N,K by Artemisia annua L.leaves.Methods Total nitrogen was determined by Indophenol-Blue Colorimetry.Total phosphorus was determined by phosphorus vanadium molybdate yellow colorimetric.Potassium was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.Results There was decreasing trend in content of N,P,K in the leaves of Artemisia annua L.with the progression of growth,the ratio of N:P:K was 3.5-5.2:1:3.1~4.6 in whole growth period.There were effects of variety,fertilizer and planting place on N,P,K contents.Conclusion It requires more fertilizer in earlier growth stage of Artemisia annua L.,N12P3K12was the best on nutrient absorption of leaves.
