【Abstract】 The developed civil financing is one of the distinguished characteristics of Zhejiang economic development. Civil financing is the fundamental solution of Zhejiang small and medium enterprises’ financing. This article carries out an analysis of the characteristics of Zhejiang small and medium enterprises’ financing and admits the positive impact of civil financing on small and medium-sized enterprises.
