大型品牌房地产中介企业“资金门”事件的启示
Inspiration from big real estate industry agent company’s cash problem
【摘要】 近来,大型品牌房地产中介公司频频挪用客户资金,爆发"资金门"丑闻,引发了房地产中介行业的信任危机。本文分析了大型品牌房地产中介公司挪用客户资金,爆发"资金门"丑闻的深层次原因,希望给业界一定的启示。
【Abstract】 Lately, some large brand real estate agency corporations defalcate clients’ funds and break out fund sandal. It has caused real estate agency trust crisis. The article analyses the reasons why large brand real estate agency corporations defalcate clients’ funds and break out fund sandal and hopes it can gives some revelations to real estate agency.
