【摘要】 改革开放以来,广东的加工贸易取得了长足的发展,加工贸易己经成为其第一大对外贸易方式,对广东经济的发展起到了重要的推动作用。目前,加工贸易涉及广东的大部分产业,并且在利用外资、引进先进技术和科学管理方法等方面发挥着重要的作用。四川省汶川县发生的8级特大地震是新中国成立以来破坏性最强、波及范围最广、救灾难度最大的一次地震。党中央要求动员全国之力支持灾区建设。四川灾后重建最迫切的现实问题就是保障灾区民众的生活、恢复生产、灾后重建。笔者认为,四川要加强与广东的经济合作,借鉴广东加工贸易的成功经验,引导珠三角加工贸易梯度转移四川地区,这将有利于扩大灾区人民的劳动就业和促进四川的灾后经济发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since reform andopening-up, Guangdong has gained considerable development in processing trade,Processing trade is becoming the first great foreigntrade way,which plays an enormousrole in the economic development ofGuangdong. At present,processing trade involves in most industries of Guangdong,which plays an important role in utilizing the foreign capitals,Introducing advancedtechnology and science management and manufacturingprocedure etc. The 8.0-magnitude earthquake in Sichuan Province on May 12 was the most powerful quake since the new China was established in 1949, and the most difficult for disaster relief since the New China was founded in 1949. The committee urged the whole country must mobilize to help with reconstruction. The most important and pressing task is to resettle the normal life of quake-affected people, restore of production and reconstruction. I think that Sichuan will strengthen the economic relation with Guangdong ,learn the Guangdong’s successful experience in developing processing trade industries, encourage and attract labor-intensive industries to shift from the Guangdong to the Sichuan areas, which will benefit to the increase of employment and to the economic development in Sichuan Province.更多还原
