【摘要】 在工业化下,农民失去土地成为了常态,企业是市场经济的强者而失地社区则是弱者。在这二者之间能否协调发展?本文系统调查了日照市开发区发展的情况,系统分析了失地农民的困难处境,并对存在于失地农民、村级社区、企业和当地政府之间的互动关系进行了研究,最后提出发挥企业社会责任感是帮助失地社区发展的重要途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Farmer households and rural communities always lose their land during industrialization,while enterprises are the dominator but the rural communities become vulnerable group.May these two sides develop harmoniously? This paper analyzes the difficulties of lost territory farmer-households’ lives,studies on the interactive relations among lost territory farmer-households,rural communities,enterprises and local government based on the survey of lost territory rural communities of Rizhao Economic Development Area with PRA methods.Finally this paper proposes that to bring enterprise community responsibility into play is an important alternative for development of lost territory rural communities.更多还原
