水源地突发性污染事件应急处理——以温岭市湖漫水库为例
Emergency control of pollution accidents in water source area:A case study on Human Reservoir of Wenling
【摘要】 根据温岭市湖漫水库柴油泄漏突发事件的过程及范围,以及事件的特点和水库实际情况,通过方案比选,确定采用阻截—伺机烧毁—后续吸附等方法处理,在典型点对石油类水质指标进行监测。结果表明:所采取的技术措施和处理方法及时有效,事发后3天各采样点石油类指标符合地表水Ⅲ类标准。该应急处理方案为我国同类水源地突发性污染事故应急预案的制定提供了技术支撑。
【Abstract】 A pollution accident caused by diesel oil leakage into the Human Reservoir of Wenling took place.According to the process,extent and characteristics of the accident and the state of the reservoir,methods of interception,burning and adsorption were chosen to control the accident.Monitoring results of the petroleum index at typical locations show that the method is reasonable and effective: the petroleum index measured and calculated three days later meets the Class Ⅲ criteria of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water of China.The successful emergency control methods provide references and technical support for management of pollution accidents in other water source areas.
